  • You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 production environment
  • Start up and shut down plant equipment and processes safely and efficiently
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment and process operating parameters to maintain optimal performance
  • Perform valve line-ups accurately and in accordance with operating procedures
  • Further, you will prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Issue and manage permits to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and compliantly
  • Exercise sound judgment to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently at all times
  • Develop and update operating procedures as needed
  • Train and mentor new employees on plant operations, safety practices, and procedures
  • And you will communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders when required
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and identify operational issues
  • Recognize when escalation is necessary and engage appropriate specialists for advanced technical support
  • And you will maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
