Production Technician

Responsible for manufacturing products according to established procedures, operating production equipment, preparing packaging lines, cleaning materials and equipment, and maintaining accurate production documentation. This is a manufacturing position, not a warehouse role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including CIP/COP systems, labeling lines, torquing equipment, and bag-filling lines.

• Set up, troubleshoot, and prepare packaging equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Perform equipment testing, hand torquing, torque testing, and apply pinch clamps.

• Clean production rooms, equipment, and small parts according to established procedures.

• Package bottles and bags, retrieve bottles from inventory, and transfer materials into Class 100 cleanroom areas.

• Complete electronic batch records (eBR) in SAP and maintain required logs and documentation.

• Monitor production processes, report equipment issues and deviations, and communicate status updates to supervisors.

• Follow safety, quality, cleaning, and production procedures.

• Handle waste disposal, maintain housekeeping, and properly use and store personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• SAP experience, preferably with electronic batch records.

• Experience troubleshooting assembly-line or production equipment.

• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment setup skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Punctuality and reliability.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to work in a production environment while wearing PPE, including respirators, for extended periods.

• Ability to wear required steel-toed shoes.

• Must be clean-shaven as required for respirator use.
