Job Description
The Production Technician supports the assembly of high-quality medical products and devices. The Production Technician performs various assembly tasks while ensuring that all components fit correctly and meet stringent quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute repetitive assembly tasks, adhering to established standard work procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Identify and report quality defects and unsafe conditions, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform assembly tasks, ensuring proper tool maintenance and reporting any equipment issues.
- Employ measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, and levels to verify dimensions and ensure accurate assembly.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by assisting coworkers, suggesting process improvements, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Works individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects.
- Perform tasks such soldering, crimping, and quality checks to meet production requirements.
- Assembles fabricated parts into small, large, or heavy subassemblies and complete devices.
- As directed by management, perform preventive maintenance task of equipment in your area/department. Complete required maintenance forms as required.
- Performs other duties and tasks assigned by their supervisor/ manager.

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR relevant experience is a plus.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
Hand Tools: 1 year (Preferred)
Electrical experience is beneficial.
Plumbing experience is beneficial.
Familiarity with quality control processes.
