What You'll Do as a Production Technician:- Perform welding activities while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including lasers, press brakes, and other machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials and finished goods
- Complete quality inspections and verify products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot routine production issues and support machine changeovers and setups
- Move between departments and work centers to support production needs
What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in varying manufacturing environments throughout the shift
- Ability to obtain forklift certification if not currently certified
