Job Title: Production Test Technician I
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Conpany
Location: Waltham, MA 02453
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Description:
Key Responsibilities
· Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
· Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
· Use hand tools and test equipment.
· Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
· Complete work orders on schedule and meet standard time.
· Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
· Record labor time accurately in the MRP system.
· Maintain work area according to 6S/Lean standards.
· Support multiple areas within the department as needed.

Required Skills
· Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
· Good verbal communication and teamwork.

· Willingness to work overtime when needed.
· Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma/GED required.
· 0–2 years of related experience typically required.
· Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
