Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Production Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Production Track Team Member.
The primary responsibility of this role is in Production in a manufacturing environment completing repetitive work. The work will consist of standing, walking, bending, reaching and some lifting. Some processes may require the use of heavy machinery. Reporting to the Production manager, the person in this role will support the Production Department's objective to provide aluminum castings to support the engine production and ultimately automobile production for all Toyota plants in North America.
What we offer
- Shifts: 5x8 Days 6:30 am to 3:15 pm 4x10 Nights 6:30 pm to 5:15 am
- Overtime and Saturday shifts based on business need
- Starting Wage: $23.00 plus $0.80 rotation premium
- 4-Year Grow-In
- Top Out: $36.73
What you'll be doing
You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:
- Standing and walking 10 hours per day
- Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
- Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
- Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
- Working with small vehicle components
Positions Include:
Press, Weld, Paint, Assembly, Quality Control, and Conveyance
