Overview
Seeking a Production Training Coordinator to develop and improve training procedures for new hires in a manufacturing environment. Approximately 80% of the role will be spent on the production floor.
Required Skills
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain employee training procedures.
- Train new hires on production processes and equipment.
- Learn all production positions to support employee training.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency.
- Assist with production tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience training employees in manufacturing.
- Experience maintaining training records and procedures.
- Knowledge of food production or bakery operations.
