The Impact You’ll Make

From the first glance at a fresh cut to the snap of a sealed carton, your eye for detail ensures every package hits strict quality, weight, and safety specs protecting our brand and the families who trust it.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, trim and bone fresh pork products, removing defects to spec

• Weigh, grade, and pack cuts into boxes, bags, or totes

• Rotate between vacuum weighers, cryovac lines, rib peelers, and more

• Record counts and weights with precision for real-time inventory accuracy

• Clean and sanitize tools and workstations to GMP standards

• Pitch in on rework or deep-clean tasks during downtime

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability to show up ready for work

• Variety every shift: multiple lines, multiple skills

• Sharp eye and steady hands for trimming and weighing

• Team mindset: rotate smoothly; flag issues early

• Physical readiness: lift 50 lbs and stand 10 hours in a chilled room (35 °F)

• Flexibility: Saturday OT when demand spikes
