Production Worker

Job Title: Production Worker I – 3rd Shift
Location: Altavista, VA
Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts) | Pay: 15.34/hr

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Label and package products according to established procedures.
• Maintain production records and documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work in a clean-room environment when required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a GMP or clean-room environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including overtime as needed.
