Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time | Competitive Pay $21.00/hour

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with machines? Put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment! We’re looking for a dependable Machine Operator with mechanical experience to join a growing production team making paper bags. If you enjoy troubleshooting, keeping equipment running, and taking pride in quality work, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in paper bag production

• Make machine adjustments and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency

• Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipment

• Load and unload materials and assist with production needs

• Follow production orders and maintain accurate inventory records

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous mechanical or machine operation experience is REQUIRED

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

• Dependable attendance and the ability to work well independently and with a team
