Job Description:

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in preparing metal parts for the painting and finishing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Hang and remove metal parts from racks and conveyor systems to prepare them for painting and powder coating.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they are positioned correctly for the finishing process.
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area to keep workflow running smoothly.
• Perform visual quality checks and identify any damaged or defective parts.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist in other production and material handling duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
