Production Worker III

90-day temp-to-perm opportunity at the Bellevue Milk Plant. Upon permanent hire, candidate will be required to join the onsite union. Shifts available: Swing (2:00 PM-10:30 PM, Mon-Fri) and Graveyard (10:00 PM-6:30 AM, Sun-Thu). Candidates must be flexible for overtime as needed.

• Monitor dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing products
• Maintain communication with departments, management, and employees regarding production efficiency issues
• Document required information per Federal, State, and Company policies
• Monitor fats, total solids, allergens, and related quality parameters
• Maintain equipment sanitation, including CIP and hand cleaning
• Operate and clean equipment efficiently to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
• Analyze process and equipment performance data to improve quality and troubleshoot issues
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S standards, and all safety protocols
• Ensure food safety, quality, and pre-requisite program compliance within designated area
• Report food safety/quality issues to management immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• With Pasteurizer\s License: minimum 6-12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment
• Without Pasteurizer\s License: minimum 12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment
• Previous experience with pallet jacks and forklift required
