Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers for meat processing opportunities in Owasso, Oklahoma. These positions involve supporting daily production operations, handling meat products and materials, and maintaining consistent productivity in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This is a physically demanding position requiring employees to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive lifting, and work in extremely cold conditions.

Candidates must be comfortable working in temperatures as low as -45°F while following established food safety, production, and workplace safety procedures.

Multiple shifts are available, with pay ranging from $13.50 to $14.50 per hour depending on the assigned shift.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and physically capable of performing demanding production work.

Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials weighing 20–70 lbs throughout the shift is required.

Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods while performing repetitive production tasks.

Ability to work in extremely cold environments, including temperatures as low as -45°F, is essential.

Strong attention to safety, the ability to follow supervisor instructions, and a willingness to work as part of a production team are important.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support daily production line operations in a meat processing and food manufacturing facility.

Lift, move, carry, and handle meat products, materials, and production supplies throughout assigned work areas.

Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining consistent workflow and meeting established productivity expectations.

Assist with material movement and product handling throughout the processing operation.

Follow supervisor instructions and established production procedures to maintain efficient operations.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following applicable food safety and sanitation requirements.

Work effectively with other production employees to meet daily production goals.

Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Perform additional meat processing and general production responsibilities as assigned.

Meat Processing & Production Operations

Candidates will work in a fast-paced meat processing environment supporting daily production activities.

Responsibilities include handling products, moving materials, assisting with production line operations, and maintaining consistent productivity.

Employees must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while working in cold conditions.

Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow established processing procedures are essential.

Start Time: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
End Time: 4:00 PM

2nd Shift – $14.50 per Hour

End Time: Between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Production Worker, Meat Processing Associate, Food Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, or Warehouse Laborer is preferred.

Experience working in refrigerated or frozen production environments is valuable.
