Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Norfolk, NE

Shift:1^st shift: Rotating Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2 days on / 2 days off

Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated General Production Worker. In this role, you will assist with the daily production, finishing, inspection, and packaging of high-quality digital print, custom books, albums, and commercial print products. This is an entry-level position offering steady full-time hours on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, collating, and laminating machinery).
• Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, alignment, and defects before packaging

• Stack, box, wrap, and label finished products accurately for shipping and distribution
• Supply raw materials (paper, adhesives, cover stock) to digital press and bindery lines to keep production moving smoothly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to hit daily production targets.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Attention to Detail: Strong visual inspection skills to spot minor flaws in printed books and media.
• Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team environment.
