Production Worker

We are hiring Production Workers for a company that manufactures and packages spices and seasoning products for supermarkets.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and follow quality and safety procedures.

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of spices and seasoning products.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment.
• Measure, prepare, fill, label, and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare boxes and finished products for shipment.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow company safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Lift and move materials as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or warehouse is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
