PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dedicated Production Workers to support critical quality and inspection operations for a leading aviation manufacturer. In this role, you'll help ensure that aircraft components and assemblies meet stringent quality standards, contributing directly to the safety, reliability, and performance of products used throughout the aviation industry.

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker supporting quality operations, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product excellence by:

• Operating CMM programs to support incoming, in-process, FAIR, IOS, and final inspections.
• Inspecting materials and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Interpreting blueprints, technical data, and manuals to determine inspection and testing requirements.
• Verifying part conformity using quality inspection tools and technologies, including CMM equipment, Keyence systems, and Optical Comparators.
• Reviewing routers and production documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Validating new CMM programs to ensure proper setup and inspection conformance.
• Performing visual inspections utilizing IOS books, source files, and reference materials.
• Completing electronic and paper documentation, including inspection records, test data, and turnback forms.
• Entering transactions and quality-related information into SAP.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support production goals.
• Following all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), quality, and company guidelines.
• Supporting business needs through overtime and extended shifts when required.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, quality, or inspection environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document inspection results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently when needed.
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Familiarity with Keyence systems, Optical Comparators, or other precision inspection equipment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Prior aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of FAIR inspections and quality management processes.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
