What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform maintenance services, inspections, engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, A/C repairs, Exhaust, etc.
- Communicate clearly with the service advisor about findings and recommendations
- Delivering the kind of quality work that keeps customers coming back
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience and have your own tools needed for a busy full-service shop.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record toand be insurable on the company's auto insurance policy
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
- A positive attitude and pride in your workmanship, as well as being a team player
- ASE certifications are preferred, but not required—we’ll support you if you want to earn them
