Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough residential cleaning services according to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and sanitize all assigned areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Communicate professionally with clients and address any special requests or concerns
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and supply inventory

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
