Customer Service Representative Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Distribution Customer Care Services (DCCS) team. This role involves resolving order inquiries, coordinating logistics, and delivering exceptional internal customer support in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Research and resolve order, shipment, delivery, and inventory issues.

• Respond to branch inquiries through ServiceNow, email, and other communication channels.

• Coordinate with distribution centers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments.

• Process order cancellations, shipping updates, address changes, and freight reconsignments.

• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• 1 2 years of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or order management experience.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and analyzing large datasets. Excel assessment required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.

• Strong communication, organization, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage high-volume requests and competing priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Workday.

• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and shipment tracking systems.

• Internal customer service or email-based support experience.
