$18/hour Guaranteed + Tips | Paid Training | Weekly Pay

Full-Time • No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

Keep your evenings and weekends free while earning steady hourly pay. Molly Maid of Metrowest- Framingham is hiring house cleaners to join our team based in Ashland.

No cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our proven cleaning process. Bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What we offer

• Guaranteed pay of at least $18/hour, before tips, paid weekly.
• Paid training from the start.
• Weekday daytime work with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• A company car for travel between customers' homes, so you don't put work miles on your own vehicle.
• Cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms provided.
• PTO for vacation, sick days, or personal needs-earn one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year.
• Opportunities to advance into a team-lead role as our local business grows.

Schedule and location

This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We understand that life happens and can discuss occasional scheduling needs.

Report to our office at 25 W. Union Street, Ashland, MA, for your shifts. You'll travel with your team from the office to customers' homes.

What you'll do

• Clean customers' homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces.
• Follow our cleaning process and work with your teammates to deliver thorough, consistent results.
• Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with care and respect. Make customers happy.

What you'll need

• Reliability and the ability to report to our Ashland office.
• Ability to perform active cleaning work, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead.
• Friendly communication with customers and teammates. Bilingual skills are welcome.
• Authorization to work in the United States. We participate in E-Verify.
• Completion of a background check.

Interested in becoming a team lead?

Team leads drive our company vehicle and help coordinate the cleaning team. A valid driver's license is required for that role. Team-lead earnings can reach $23/hour including wages and tips. Tips vary and are not guaranteed.
