Defending attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, financial advisers, and other licensed professionals.
Handling professional negligence and errors-and-omissions claims.
Conducting discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation.
Drafting dispositive motions and developing litigation strategies.
Evaluating professional standards, liability exposure, and damages.
