Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Professional Recruiter to join our growing specialty staffing practice. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-demand verticals, including Engineering, Accounting & Finance, and Information Technology (IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Multi-Disciplinary Sourcing: Source active and passive candidates across specialized markets—including Engineering, Accounting/Finance, and IT—utilizing advanced search techniques, job boards, networking, and our internal database.

• Dual-Placement Focus: Successfully manage both temporary/contract staffing requirements and permanent, direct-hire searches to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets.

• Client & Candidate Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding market trends, talent availability, and salary expectations.

• Interview Coordination & Prep: Coordinate interviews, debrief with both clients and candidates post-interview, and manage feedback loops to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and job order tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with company hiring standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency environment focusing on Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or IT.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical terminology, skill sets, and market trends across engineering, tech, and financial sectors.

• Placement Versatility: Proven track record of successfully filling both contract/temporary and direct-hire positions.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and influence others.

• Organizational Agility: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
