About the Role
This role is designed to source, screen, and place top talent across various industries. As a key member of the delivery team, you'll help shape recruitment strategies and contribute to the company culture, ultimately enhancing the organization's ability to build strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels (social media, networking events, cold calling, etc.) to identify and attract candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Work closely with Account Executives to understand clients' staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to promote long-term partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships included) or interest in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-driven, motivated, and passionate for winning!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in matching candidates with their ideal roles.
