Accuris Professional Services Team · Americas (Remote)POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our Americas Professional Services team, delivering implementation, configuration, and integration services for customers across Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Medical Device, and Energy. This role brings a strong technical foundation in APIs, authentication, and enterprise system integration to the full scope of professional services consulting.You will partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering in scoping conversations, contributing the technical input needed to translate customer requirements into SOW-ready scope, and then deliver hands-on implementation for engineering-system integrations across the Accuris product suite.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver implementation and configuration: Deliver onboarding, configuration, and deployment activities for customers with active Statements of Work, including authentication setup (SSO / LDAP / Active Directory), API-based data connections, and data validation.- Support customer integrations: Gather integration requirements and define technical scope with customers, partner with Product and Engineering (who develop and maintain the solutions), and carry out testing, validation, and implementation of integrations with customer engineering and enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ALM, document management, and ERP platforms), including metadata and permission mapping.- Partner on scoping calls: Contribute substantive technical input in customer scoping and discovery conversations, translating requirements into SOW-ready technical scope in partnership with Sales and Sales Engineering.- Manage engagements and grow accounts: Own project plans, status, and delivery across multiple concurrent customer engagements, and identify follow-on opportunities with Sales.- Deliver training and documentation: Produce implementation documentation, best-practice guidance, and end-user/administrator training materials.- Troubleshoot complex issues: Resolve technical and functional issues during deployment and post-go-live support, escalating to Engineering as needed.- Build product depth and share knowledge: Develop working knowledge across the Accuris product suite and share it with peers.- Manage workload: Balance customer delivery with scoping and internal initiatives.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• APIs and integration: Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, integration concepts, and authentication protocols (SSO / LDAP / Active Directory). This is the core technical bar for the role.- Scoping participation: Comfortable contributing substantively to customer scoping and discovery calls; this is a floor expectation for the seat, not optional.- 3-5 years in Professional Services, technical consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software implementation, including exposure to technical scoping or requirements work- Comfortable working through ambiguous, cross-functional problems with support from senior colleagues- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid, Americas-based team, with occasional cross-region collaboration with EMEA and APACDESIRED EXPERIENCE (PLUS, NOT REQUIRED)
• PLM / ALM or engineering-system platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Documentum, or similar)- MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns- API-based system integration platforms and webhook-based integration patterns- SQL or relational database fundamentals- Enterprise-scale data migration and validation- Enterprise software deployment and administration- Prior experience in regulated or engineering-driven industries (Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Medical Device, Nuclear)WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Engagements are scoped accurately, reducing rework and mid-engagement surprises- Customers achieve successful implementations and integrations with measurable business value- Scoping conversations with Sales and Sales Engineering are supported by clear, accurate technical input- Demonstrated growth in technical range across the Accuris product suiteCOMPENSATIONThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, plus a 10% annual bonus target.
