We're looking for someone who understands technology projects and enjoys helping both people and projects succeed.What You'll DoLead, mentor, and develop a team of project engineersOversee the delivery of infrastructure, networking, migration, and systems projects for ThinkTech clients Monitor project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance Remove roadblocks and coordinate across teams to keep projects moving forward Partner with account managers and service leaders to support project planning, expectations, and execution Help resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive experience for clients and team members Review project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and consistencyWhat We're Looking ForExperience leading technical teams in a project-based environment Experience managing project timelines, resources, budgets, or delivery performance The ability to lead and support technical teams while maintaining focus on project outcomes, priorities, and executionStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A solid understanding of technology projects and the challenges involved in delivering them successfullyHelpful ExperienceManaged services (MSP) experienceProfessional services or project delivery leadershipInfrastructure, networking, virtualization, migration, and/or systems deployment projectsExperience partnering with sales teams on project scope, timelines, and expectationsPMP, CAPM, or similar project management trainingWork EnvironmentBased in Raleigh or Greensboro with occasional travel between office locationsCompensationBase salary: $65,000 to $85,000Eligible for profit sharingWhy ThinkTech?At ThinkTech, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team of project engineers while partnering directly with leadership to improve how projects are executed and delivered.
