Professional Surveyor - Canton Ohio - JOB 26-00345

Salary Range: $50K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks a Professional Surveyor who can bring additional business to the organization.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead all aspects of surveying and geomatics department, which potentially includes several field crews and supporting technical staff members
• Manage survey or geomatics projects for both the public and private sector
• Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Report to and maintain contact with key staff and offices of the organization to ensure department success and sustainability
• Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and other internal staff members
• Coordinate assignments that aide in project management and deadline adherence

Qualifications may include:

• Have and maintain licensure for PS in the State of Ohio.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
• The ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately, based on project scope
• Leadership skills and mentorship capabilities
• High levels of productivity working independently and collaboratively
