Professional Surveyor / LSIT

I am partnered with a full-service firm that is seeking a Professional Surveyor or LSIT. This position has the opportunity to lead to a high-level Survey Manager role within the company. My client takes pride in their mentor-mentee culture and encourages growth both personally and professionally.

What you will be doing:

• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles
• Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
• Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally
• Write descriptions of property boundaries for use in deeds or other legal documents
• Monitor projects from start to finish, interacting with clients

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Professional Surveyor 
• LSIT required - Professional Surveyor (P.S.) preferred
• AutoCAD, Civil3D preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
