The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading roofing
company in Chicago, IL, to hire a Program Administrator who will play a key
role in coordinating insurance claims, supporting customers, and keeping
projects moving efficiently from assignment through completion
This is an excellent opportunity for a
customer-focused, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys coordinating with customers, insurance carriers,
inspectors, estimators, and internal teams
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00
PM
Compensation:
- Pay Structure: $36,000 salary + 1.25% of
contract value upon job invoice
- Estimated Income: $65,000–$100,000
What You’ll Do
Customer Contact & Experience
- Respond
to new claim assignments within one hour with warmth, clarity, and
professionalism
- Set
clear expectations and introduce customers to the company’s process and
value
- Provide
proactive communication throughout the customer journey
- Anticipate
customer needs and resolve concerns promptly
- Create
a positive customer experience through empathetic listening, clear
communication, and consistent follow-through
Claims Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate
inspections by assigning inspectors and estimators as needed
- Ensure
insurance-formatted estimates are completed and delivered within 72 hours
- Maintain
complete and accurate customer records in the CRM
- Document
communications, notes, files, timelines, approvals, and other
claim-related information
- Coordinate
effectively with internal teams and external partners
Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
- Monitor
customer satisfaction throughout the claims process
- Address
concerns quickly and minimize delays or friction
- Build
customer trust through responsive, professional service
- Represent
the company’s values by making every interaction easy, helpful, and
people-focused
Compliance & Performance
- Follow
carrier requirements, insurance processes, documentation standards, and
internal policies
- Maintain
accurate and timely claim documentation
- Meet
performance goals related to responsiveness, conversion, customer
satisfaction, documentation accuracy, and cycle time
What We’re Looking For
- Customer
service or administrative experience in roofing, construction, insurance,
or claims
- Strong
organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability
to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention
to detail, documentation accuracy, customer focus and problem-solving
skills
- Ability
to work effectively with customers, carriers, inspectors, estimators, and
internal teams
- Comfortable
working toward performance and productivity goals
