Program Analyst

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a directly related field, plus two (2) years of program evaluation experience

Should the above criteria not be fulfilled, the following options are acceptable:

Six (6) years of program evaluation experience

Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a directly related field, plus four (4) years of program evaluation experience

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a directly related field, plus one (1) year of program evaluation exp

Selection Criteria

This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, based on the oral part of the interview will be selected

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience with project management
• Previous experience with data analysis and data management
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros
• Previous experience programming in Python (Pandas/NumPy) and/or R for data cleaning, analysis, and automation
• Previous experience with data visualization and dashboard tools
• Previous experience researching and interpreting both narrative and statistical data
• Previous experience in senior services, government, nonprofit, or human services settings
