E-logic is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as the overarching technical focal point and lead for DoD Real Property Support Services III. In this role, you will act as the resident expert for primary Systems of Record--specifically GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, and GIS--ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit compliance. This role is for an upcoming geographic pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead across all task orders, providing expert-level system support.
- Manage data collection, review against audit regulations, data entry, and quality reporting.
- Coordinate field validations, space management planning, and asset documentation (DD1354s, MFRs).
- Secure and maintain necessary system credentials and complete required DoD training.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a subject matter expert in at least one primary system (GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, or GIS).
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with the specific system of record and all underlying modules. Note: Experience must be recent (within the last 24 months; preference within the last 12 months).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Must possess and maintain a current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.
