Position Responsibilities - Creates and maintains analytical tool sets, including verification and validation activities - Captures, develops, and documents some or all the following: data definitions, tool documentation, process procedures and data quality requirements - Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives or contributes to the implementation of strategic direction - May write code and tools to preprocess, clean, and analyze data - Apply data modeling and data virtualization principles - Generally, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification - Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with stakeholders Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, or math. Special Skills Desired: - Experience with test operations and execution - Experience with Single Integrated Air Picture metrics, track accuracy metrics, track filtering, or data association 2+ years programming experience in Python, Unix/Linux, C++, MATLAB, or STK - Experience with Link-16, the Navy's Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) system , or the Army's Integrated Battle Command System - Proactive self-starter capable of finding and solving problems with little guidance, including learning new programming languages as required DoD Analyst background Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance.
