    StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements. 

    Essential Job Duties:
    • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
    • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. 
    • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. 
    • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 
    • Tracks program/project status and schedules. 
    • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 
    • Architect, design, develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, permissions, access controls, and supporting solutions.
    • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain custom applications to support program business processes and operational requirements.
    • Develop and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and integrations between SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
    • Create and maintain SharePoint-based data structures, Excel reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations, with knowledge of Power BI.
    • Manage application access, user permissions, configuration settings, and administrative controls
    • Troubleshoot application issues, SharePoint access, Microsoft 365 functionality, and related technical problems.
    • Work directly with stakeholders to identify requirements, improve existing processes, and develop user-friendly solutions.
    • Maintain supporting documentation, implement enhancements, and ensure applications and workflows remain functional and up to date.

    Experience Requirements:
    • A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience required in the above essential duties
    Education Requirements:
    • BA/BS
    • Allowable Substitution: 
      • Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. 
        • OR 
      • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
     
    Security Requirements:
    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Since 2008, we have provided Program Management, Training Systems Products, Financial Management, Instructional System Design, Data Management, Courseware Development, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Military Sales Support, and a variety other technical services for the Department of Defense. The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $112,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. StraCon offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as a paid time off programs for eligible full-time employees. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
