Program Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and organized Program Analyst to support one of our key programs.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the program in all business operations activities and processesAssist in the maintenance of reports spreadsheets and databases to support program objectivesCompile Monthly Status Report inputs into one report and then submitting on timeSupport new hire onboardingManage the travel requests and trip reports for the programSupport weekly and monthly status meetings with the government customerCoordinate the preparation scheduling and executionfacilitation of multiple meetings to include preparing discussion summaries and tracking action itemsSupport the contract financial processes and trackingSupport the subcontractor administration processesAssist with workflow management to complete tasksRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in business administration or related field and at least 3 years of experience of job-related experience or equivalent.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-taskFlexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks as neededMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
