    Job Description

    This role requires strong leadership in working cross-functionally to ensure the highest level of integrity of program management, including budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management. The Program Control Manager works with program teams, stakeholders, and supports senior management to achieve program objectives.

    In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects. Your ability to provide leadership, guidance and oversight within the program control function can significantly influence the organization's ability to achieve its goals and deliver successful outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of Program Control Specialists for projects and programs
    • Performance Management, Career Development
    • Manage elements beyond the project team's control that impact program execution
    • Monitor & evaluate program performance metrics to ensure controls are in place enabling successful execution
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues
    • Provide insights and guidance to program teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Ensure compliance with program controls standards and best practices
    • Standardize program controls practices
    • Drive accountability and a lean culture

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, program management, or related roles
    • Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading dynamics teams
    • Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
    • Strong understanding of Program Management ethics and methodologies
    • Proficiency in program management software and tools
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Sperry brought computer technology to the cockpit with electronic flight instrument systems, flight management systems and other digital technology, and Bendix introduced the first commercial weather radar system.Today, Honeywell Aerospace continues to innovate in the frontier of flight safety with traffic alert and collision avoidance technologies, the AlliedSignal Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System, and systems that help pilots avoid severe weather and hazards such as lightning and wind shear. We at Honeywell Aerospace are proud of our contributions to aviation history, but we’re just as proud of the history we’re making today.

    We have created the state-of-the-art integrated Aircraft Environment Surveillance System for the Airbus A380, and our advanced flight management, power distribution, pneumatic, and landing systems will help A380 operators reach new heights of performance and efficiency.
