As a Program Coordinator, you'll oversee academic programs and initiatives that support student success and community engagement. You'll work closely with college leadership and community partners to develop and implement programs that foster growth, skills development, and workforce readiness.
What You'll Do
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for
Providing academic oversight for programs, courses, and faculty to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to college standards
Leading curriculum development for online, evening, and weekend classes, maintaining rigor and alignment with institutional goals
Coordinating course rotations, pathways, and dual-enrollment academies to support adult learners and accelerate their educational journey
Building and maintaining partnerships with regional employers, school districts, community organizations, and workforce boards
Supporting faculty recruitment, onboarding, and professional development to promote best practices in adult and online education
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
A Masters degree in a relevant field such as education, leadership, or instructional design
3-5 years of leadership experience in higher education or adult learning programs
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation standards
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
