Position Summary:
The Boston Children’s Hospital Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the division. This role requires a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who is a self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent organization, and communication skills, and ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics for Divisional meetings, events, seminars and conferences including the ID Clinical Conference, ICH Conference, and our Clinical Research Retreat and seminars.
- Coordinate conference rooms and travel arrangements.
- On call schedules, including Lightning Bolt scheduling.
- Processing reimbursements.
- Credentialling of clinical staff including license/DEA tracking and Maintenance of Certification.
- Clinical and clinical research website updates.
- Assist with CV preparation.
- Assist with special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Associate's or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant experience.
