Job Summary

The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Physician Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication across divisions and contributes to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support operational and strategic goals. • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments. • Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation. • Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization. • Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders as needed. • Provide guidance, coordination, and support to other team members to promote alignment and accountability. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program. • Coordinate and support physician scheduling operations to ensure accurate information and timely updates.

Qualifications & Skills • Experience in program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role (Radiology or clinical environment preferred). • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams. • Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis to support program evaluation. • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. • Superior oral and written communications skills. • Excellent organization and project management skills. • Ability to exercise sound judgment with diverse constituents. • Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and shift focus as priorities change. • Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and data entry. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience

Administrative or program support experience 3-5 years required
