Job Summary
We are looking for a relationship-focused Program Coordinator to join our fun and collaborative team and help implement the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI). Working closely with the Senior Program Officer, team leadership, and other team members, the Program Coordinator will coordinate and support relationships with U.S.-based partners, including businesses, universities, accelerators, entrepreneurship support organizations, and corporate partners that host YLAI Participants during their exchange experience.
The Program Coordinator will support U.S. partners throughout the fellowship process, from outreach and recruitment to onboarding, matching, program implementation, and ongoing engagement. This role will coordinate partnership activities that create meaningful professional experiences for YLAI participants while delivering value to partner organizations. These connections can lead to opportunities such as business growth, knowledge sharing, innovation, and new market opportunities.
With guidance and support from the team, the Program Coordinator will help coordinate partner and subaward relationships, track activities and deliverables, support compliance with program requirements, and contribute to project planning, budgets, reports, and documentation. Depending on program needs, the Program Coordinator may coordinate a specific program area and provide broader administrative and implementation support as needed.
