  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by answering phones, greeting visitors and students.
  • Assist the Program Director, Regional Dean, and faculty with reports, meeting minutes, files, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with team members on admissions interviews.
  • Serve as the unit safety officer.
  • Coordinate student-facing class calendar and schedule reservations in TTUHSC system.
  • Maintain documentation for the department purchasing card and prepare weekly reports.
  • Complete all travel reimbursements for program faculty, adjuncts, students, and staff.
  • Assist the Program Business Manager with purchasing contracts and budget reconciliations.
  • Data entry and filing

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Banner, Chrome River.

  • Experience work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience operating standard office equipment.

  • Previous experience working in a roll with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions.

  • Previous experience in customer service.
