Program Cost Controls Analyst – EBA – RTX Location: McKinney, TX, United StatesRole Type: OnsiteSecurity Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; Secret level clearance required upon start. Eligibility : Only U.S. citizens are eligible.Responsibilities Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program Leads in completing monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis.Prepare and submit monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and facilitate EAC and LRE inputs.Conduct detailed EV and financial analysis to maintain budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and weekly cost and labor run analysis.Utilize APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools to drive cost control and schedule adherence.Qualifications University degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Proficient experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance after start date.Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government procurement regulations is preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage processes, projects and tactical execution within a single work area.Strong analytical and communication skills to present meaningful analysis to stakeholders.Desired Skills Experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).Understanding of how work impacts other areas of the organization.Experience collaborating effectively with coworkers.Benefits Base salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability.401(k) match and flexible spending accounts.Flexible work schedules and employee assistance program.Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
