The Opportunity
As Program Director, you will provide executive leadership for the planning, coordination, and delivery of major Mechanical, Electrical and Plant Infrastructure initiatives supporting terminal redevelopment.
A cornerstone of this program is the decommissioning of existing central utility infrastructure and the delivery of newstate-of-the-artheating, refrigeration and mechanical plant systems that will support the airport's future operations.
You'llserve as a trusted advisor to the client, oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, coordinatenumerousconsultantand contractor partners, and ensure successful execution across every phase of the program.
This is a highly visible leadership position with significant responsibility, requiring regular collaboration with executive stakeholders, owners, designers,contractorsand construction teams.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of a major aviation infrastructure program on behalf of theclient.
Provide strategic leadership across complex mechanical,electricaland utility infrastructure projects supporting terminal redevelopment.
Direct multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams throughout planning,designand execution.
Build andmaintaintrusted relationships with senior client representatives and executive stakeholders.
Lead program governance, risk management, scheduling, commercialoversightand quality management.
Coordinate multiple consultants, contractors, specialtydisciplinesand project partners across a large, integrated program.
Drive collaboration between designers,constructorsand client teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Provide leadershipthroughoutprocurement, design development,constructionand commissioning activities.
Champion safety, quality,innovationand operational excellence across the program.
Mentor and develop project leadership teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We're Seeking
We'reseeking a senior infrastructure leader with a proven record delivering complex capital programs in active aviation environments.
Ideal candidates willpossess:
Extensive experience leading major airport infrastructure or terminal redevelopment programs.
Significant experiencedelivering large-scale Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, P3 or other alternative delivery projects.
Strong understanding of central utility plants, mechanical systems, heating, refrigeration, electricalinfrastructureor related building services.
Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple consulting and construction partners.
Outstanding leadership,communicationand stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success managing complex budgets, schedules,riskand program delivery.
Ability to lead within highly regulated, operational airport environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ArchitecturalEngineeringora relatedtechnical discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure isstronglypreferred.
Candidates from Architecture or other relevant technical backgrounds with exceptional aviation program leadership experience will also be considered.
Aviation project experience is considered more valuable than a specific technical discipline.
