GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Program Director, Community Prevention and Treatment Services (CPTS) is responsible for the development and monitoring of systems that support the fiscal management, program planning, implementation, monitoring, supervision, and evaluation of all activities related to HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) treatment, prevention and outreach programs. The Program Director provides active and on-time collaboration with the clinical staff with specific responsibility for the provision of HIV and HCV services. The Director functions as WYH's representative on HIV and HCV issues at local, State and federal forums and with funders and regulators of HIV and HCV services. The Director participates in the writing of grants related to maintaining existing programs as well as obtaining additional funding opportunities.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate degree in Social Work, Health Administration, Public Health or an allied health field. At least five (5) years of professional experience in a health related facility. A minimum of three (3) years functioning in a supervisory/management capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of grant writing techniques, budgeting and program management. Prior experience using an electronic health record. Demonstrate an understanding of the HIV and HCV disease treatment and prevention strategies. Must demonstrate excellence in oral and written communication skills and analytical ability. Possesses an understanding of the impact of the social determinants of health on patient engagement and outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference for a licensed clinician in a related clinical discipline with a graduate degree. A least (3) three years' of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with HIV/HCV Services. Experience as a program manager. Previous grant writing skills, budgeting experience and profit/loss responsibility.

Salary range: $72,000 - $85,000 annually
