V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Program Director – ERP & CRM / Program Management for our premier client in San Jose, CA.
 
 
Education and Skills:
 

• 18+ years of overall experience, with significant experience leading enterprise programs and transformations.
• Experience working across functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, IT, Engineering, and Business Operations.

• Strong experience in ERP and CRM program management within large/complex organizations.
• Strong understanding and experience of Salesforce, particularly Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and associated business/technology integrations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe and enterprise delivery practices, including roadmap, capacity, dependency, risk, and outcome management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interconnected programs and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong experience in executive stakeholder management, governance, portfolio prioritization, and strategic planning.

• Provide leadership and oversight throughout the program lifecycle—from discovery and planning through implementation, rollout, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology leadership, product teams, enterprise applications, engineering, architecture, data, and other functions.
• Engage with different departments and leadership teams to identify business requirements, opportunities, projects, and transformation initiatives across ERP and CRM.
• Build and maintain an ERP/CRM demand and program pipeline, assessing business value, priority, dependencies, investment, and feasibility.
• Understand how ERP and CRM capabilities can support business processes across areas such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other enterprise functions.
• Shape requirements into programs by defining objectives, scope, roadmap, dependencies, resources
• Convert business requirements and opportunities into structured programs with clear objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, resources, governance, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional ERP/CRM programs involving multiple business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
