Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Program Director to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, coachable, and committed to personal growth while helping students succeed. This role requires the ability to engage and guide participants at all skill levels in a fun, safe, and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to build student confidence.
Foster a disciplined yet supportive training environment that promotes respect, perseverance, and teamwork.
Develop relationships with students, parents, and the local community to promote our programs.
Assist in maintaining student engagement, retention, and overall class energy.
Maintain detailed records of student attendance and progress.
Communicate with parents regarding student development and upcoming events.

Qualifications & Skills

No Martial Arts Experience Required – We provide training!
Comfortable Working with All Age Groups – Ability to lead and motivate students.
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.
Strong Leadership & Time Management, Organized. – Keeps parents on track and engaging.
Customer Service Experience required ( 1 year minimum ) – Helps with student retention.
Sales Training Required ( 1 year Minimum) – Ability to introduce new students to the program.
Education & Requirements

High School Diploma (Required)
Reliable transportation to and from  Cooper City, Fl  33328
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to pass a background check
Drug Testing Required

8-hour shifts based on availability
Evenings and weekends as needed
