Job Description: Program Management / Administrative

• Support the IWS 2.0 Major Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and the reporting Plans and Programs Principle Assistant Program Managers (PAPM) and the Task Order Manager in the execution of planned and emergent work tasks.
• Provide timely, high quality and cost-efficient program deliverables, which have been coordinated with, and/or across, other Divisions. Provide administrative support to allow the government to conduct source selection activities at the contractor's facility.
• Effectively coordinate program support efforts with various offices and field activities, external Navy and Government organizations, production contractors, and other support contractors.

Required Skills and Experience:

Required

A) High school degree, or a GED, and twenty (20) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience,

OR

B) Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience,

OR

C) Master's degree and ten (10) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.

Desired

• Demonstrated knowledge of Navy/DOD policy and guidance
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Above Water Sensor/Lasers portfolio
• Experience collecting data and performing analysis
• Configuration management of historical program documentation
• Familiarity with key internal and external stakeholders
• Must be U.S. citizen
• A secret security clearance
