Program Management Office (PMO) Lead

Job Description:

• This is a key leadership opportunity focused on establishing and evolving an enterprise PMO and driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts.

• Lead enterprise portfolio and program management
• Establish PMO governance, processes, and reporting
• Oversee complex cross-functional and ERP initiatives
• Partner closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders
• Coach and mentor Project Managers
• Drive risk management, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• Enterprise-scale, cross-functional program leadership experience
• ERP or large-scale enterprise program experience
• Strong portfolio management and executive communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 strongly preferred
