Position: Program Manager - 100% Remote Location: (100% Remote) Framingham MA Duration: 4 months Rate: DOE U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time Requirements:
3-6 years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, consulting, or related fields.
Experience in advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics.
Project management experience in implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholders.
Proven experience using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis.
Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL language is advantageous.
Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage various data points to achieve common goals (people knowledge, internal data, external tools).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight time constraints.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and proactively assess business needs.
Ability to identify opportunities and address potential issues before they become problems.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
