    A+ Content helps Brands succeed in the Amazon Store by creating rich content experiences intended to showcase their brand story and additional product feature information that can help Customers make informed purchase decisions. We are seeking a customer obsessed Program Manager to own the user experience for Brands end to end. We are looking for someone with a broad background in program management, strong business acumen, who takes ownership of their work, and is focused on customer needs. The successful candidate will have an ability to make data-driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate will need to be a collaborator who can work with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers and sellers around the world. The successful candidate will also be able to communicate crisply in non-technical terms to senior management.

    In this role you will,

    • Develop scalable mechanisms to collect product usage feedback and prioritize initiatives to eliminate points of friction for Brands
    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to design and implement of innovative product features
    • Conduct market research and analysis to learn about shopper preferences, user needs, and competitive landscape for brand content creation tools
    • Establish and manage relationships with international stakeholders, identify and pursue store-specific opportunities, including channel and international expansion
    • Develop business reporting mechanisms and share updates to stakeholders including senior executives
    • Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Partner with marketing teams to develop scaled marketing campaigns and drive program adoption WW
