Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across enterprise domains such as Data, Digital, Customer Platforms, Martech, and Business Systems. This role is accountable for portfolio outcomes, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives. The Program Manager will partner closely with business, product, and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into structured, executable delivery plans. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management roles
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
• Strong experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery execution, governance, and outcomes
• Experience working with offshore teams and external vendors
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Retail or multi-location businesses
  • Consumer Products
• Exposure to enterprise domains such as:
  • Data platforms and analytics
  • Digital and eCommerce systems
  • Martech ecosystems
  • Enterprise platforms and integrations
• Experience working in PMO or managed service delivery models
• Experience with digital transformation or large-scale system implementations
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more programs or portfolios spanning multiple workstreams
• Act as the single accountable delivery leader for scope, schedule, quality, and risk
• Translate business priorities into cohesive, sequenced delivery roadmaps
• Manage dependencies, trade-offs, and cross-program alignment
• Provide hands-on leadership during critical delivery phases and escalations

Execution & Delivery Management

• Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams and teams
• Ensure delivery against committed timelines, milestones, and outcomes
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation actions
• Drive transparency, predictability, and delivery discipline across teams
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and business expectations

Governance & Operating Model

• Establish and run program governance including cadence, reporting, escalation, and decision forums
• Implement standardized processes for status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and demand intake
• Drive consistency and maturity in delivery practices
• Evolve delivery toward a scalable and repeatable operating model

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Serve as primary interface for senior stakeholders (Director and VP levels)
• Lead discussions on scope prioritization, delivery trade-offs, and risks
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable executive-level updates
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across business and technology teams

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor project managers and delivery leads (onshore and offshore)
• Set clear expectations and maintain consistent delivery standards
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and delivery partners
• Hold vendors accountable to scope, timelines, and quality commitments
• Drive coordination across multi-vendor environments

Continuous Improvement & Value Delivery

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and processes
• Drive adoption of best practices in program and project management
• Track and communicate delivery performance and business impact
