Position : Program Manager_ MA D
Location : Remote (But should be in EST zone)
The MA D Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of Technology and Data activities across GSK Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments (MA D).
The role operates within the MA D Tech
Data Office (TDO) and plays a central part in ensuring that MA D initiatives are delivered safely, compliantly, and predictably, while enabling business value realisation and continuity.
This position requires a blend of end to end project management, governance and PMO discipline, and cross functional leadership across complex, high risk deal environments.

This role operates in a high risk, high visibility environment where delivery commitments directly impact business continuity, regulatory compliance and value realisation. The role therefore requires maturity beyond a traditional project support or coordination position.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Delivery
Plan, manage, and coordinate Technology
Data delivery activities across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and complex business transactions.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestone tracking, and visibility of critical dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Supply Chain Technology teams.
Support project delivery throughout all phases, including planning, execution, transition, closure, and operational readiness.
Represent the Technology
Data Lead in meetings and stakeholder forums when required.
Governance, Risk
Control
Maintain and manage project RAID logs, including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions, and Action Items.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts.
Escalate critical risks and issues through established governance channels as required.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, frameworks, governance processes, and delivery guidelines.
Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions following project completion.
Capture and implement improvement opportunities to enhance future project delivery and operational effectiveness.
